Your expertise and quick understanding of the significance of these international visitors to Oklahoma and your suggestions for ways to enhance the event ensured it was enormously successful.
The Skirvin was the perfect venue for a gathering of statewide and national government, business, educational and civic leaders to meet with and hear from such distinguished visitors. From the servers to the valet parkers, everyone who assited with the event was professional and helpful.

It is rare that I get to write a note of recommendation these days. I am the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Wholesale Marketers Association and we had our annual convention at the Skirvin Hotel this month. We worked with grocers and petroleum marketers to have their conventions at their Skirvin also. The three associations got a room block for our association members and trade show exhibitors. And I am sure the money we all spent in the Red Piano Bar would choke a horse...
All this being said, I have been in association management for 13 years and have never gotten service as exemplary as that received from Karrie Morgan. She was professional and is unbelievably good at what she does. What usually is an hour meeting was completed in about 30 minutes and I felt very comfortable with our banquet orders. What a knowledgable young lady.
She was present at our functions and all went smooth. When I had trouble with the front desk and was late for our three association trade show at the Cox Convention Center, she intervened and took care of hte problem.
Thanks in no small way to Ms. Morgan, the OWMA and Grocers Association will have our conventions again in 2013 at the Skirvin Hotel.
Over the past few years I have worked with the Skirvin Hotel in Downtown Oklahoma City. Not only is this a great beautiful and historical hotel but one that gives outstanding customer service. With a staff that is great to work with, flexible and efficient!
